5. No Encryption Disclaimer
Uploaded resumes are not end-to-end encrypted and are processed in plaintext.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resumevana.com is not liable for:

Data loss or unauthorized access

Service interruptions or technical issues

Outcomes resulting from the use of formatted resumes

Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) by the user in the previous 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

We retain ownership of Resumevana.com’s software, designs, and methods.

8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms.

Users can request account deletion at any time.
